Hiker’s Relief
Treat yourself to our hiker’s special. Enjoy a specialized Tui-Na massage which focuses on specific patterns of disharmony. It helps to release congestion or stagnation in your body through acupressure channels. This clothing-on massage is a great way to loosen, stretch, and kneed your muscles and tendons after a strenuous hike. Follow it up with a relaxing 20 Minute Red Light Therapy treatment. Red Light Therapy helps reduce inflammation which is great after your Tui-Na massage.

CranioSacral Therapy Session
A unique combination of bodywork and energy healing. Our practitioner begins by gently touching various parts of your head and body to monitor the rhythm of the fluid flowing around your central nervous system. By carefully listening with their hands to locate areas of weak fluid flow or tissue motion, she can trace those areas of weakness through the body to the source of dysfunction.
Delicate manual techniques are then used to release those problem areas and improve the form and function of your central nervous system.
